Qualifications

• Experience installing & servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, ideally GENT based.
• Broad technical IT knowledge including networking and Windows OS installation.

Responsibilities

• Attend maintenance calls, both on-site and by telephone.
• Rectify faults during the first visit when possible.
• Perform preventative maintenance visits regularly.
• Maintain accurate site configuration records.
• Provide cover on a rotating out-of-hours basis.
