Candidates should maintain CPD records and professional registrations, stay current with standards, and communicate effectively with clients and LRQA stakeholders to support certification activities and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business assurance assessments against standards, criteria, accreditation, and LRQA procedures.
• Participate in audit teams and lead audits within competency levels.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
• Communicate audit delivery needs and risks with clients and LRQA staff.
• Provide feedback on client concerns and service improvements; maintain professional competence.
• Attend training, CPD, and ensure evidence of competence; comply with policies.
• Support projects, calibration activities, and other assignments within scope.
• Coach less experienced auditors and contribute to professional development.
