Job summary

A dynamic technology company based in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic Support Engineer. The role involves supporting customers using the company's software, addressing front-line questions, and executing test scenarios. The ideal candidate has a higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You'll work flexible hours as part of a 24/7 support team, primarily remotely, with meetings in the office every 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer front-line support questions.
  • Instruct customers on basic procedures.
  • Install, remove and upgrade products online with customers.
  • Suggest and implement improvements on procedures.
  • Plan and execute test scenarios.

Skills

Knowledge of Linux
Software development of product life cycles
Experience of Microsoft Excel and Office
Team player
Experience of Testing software

Education
