Job summary

IPPF seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to lead planning, budgeting and strengthening initiatives for Sexual and Reproductive Health Commodities across the federation. You will work with internal and external partners to improve processes and data use, ensuring GDP-aligned distribution and training across contexts.

Based in the UK with a remote-office hybrid setup (2 days in London), you will support SCM operations, digital systems integration and continuous quality improvement across MAs.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of supply chain system strengthening for SRH.
• Professional written and spoken presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for partnerships.
• Experience using ERP.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Up to date knowledge of GDP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the supply chain quality management system and documentation.
• Provide input into WISH and quality initiatives with technical colleagues.
• Collaborate with MAs on multi-year supply chain plans and budgets.
• Develop and improve practical supply chain tools and resources for MA needs.
• Assess MA capabilities and develop strengthening approaches.
• Lead digital stock management and system strengthening across MAs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate supply chain requirements into wider Federation systems.
• Lead WISH requirements and oversee outsourced supply chain operations (MEG).
• Fulfill other duties as needed.
