Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior kitchen roles.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience leading kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in food production and daily mise en place.
• Support Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Prepare all meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
• Some restaurants showcase displays of food and you’ll be part of this.
• Maintain health and safety standards and keep kitchen areas clean.
