AfterQuery is seeking software engineers, CS graduates, or app/web developers to help train and evaluate AI models in a fully remote, project-based role. You’ll complete tasks across code review, evaluation, and original task creation, with ongoing project matches after a single assessment.

Pay ranges from $50 to $100 per hour, depending on projects you qualify into, offering flexible engagement and asynchronous work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience (full-time or substantive internships count).
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Complete software engineering tasks across a range of AI training and evaluation projects.
• Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality.
