Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic content for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels. You will plan, create, publish daily, and use data to grow an engaged, authentic community.

You will work remotely, bring 2+ years of hands-on organic social for a DTC or consumer brand, and demonstrate the accounts you grew with measurable results. Canva or Figma are useful aids.

Qualifications

• Native-level written English.
• Fully remote, full-time role.
• Overlap with US/Canada time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan the content calendar one week ahead per brand and platform.
• Create and publish daily: write hooks and captions, shoot and edit short-form video, design day-to-day graphics and stories.
• Spot trends daily and get trend content live the same day.
• Turn creator/UGC content into organic posts that perform.
• Run the community: replies to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
