Freelance Content Writer / SEO Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled, data‑driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. Your key activities will include:

• Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies for high‑traffic opportunities.
• Audit on‑page and technical SEO to identify and remediate issues.
• Collaborate with content creators to build engaging, keyword‑optimized content.
• Track performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, or technical writing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to articulate complex concepts.

Concrete Repairer (Remote, 1099 Contract)

We need an experienced Concrete Repairer to perform high‑quality repair work in line with industry standards. You will be responsible for executing repair tasks and ensuring timely, safe completion.
