You'll collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and other stakeholders to craft ROI stories and training content, shaping how Grafana shows value across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in value management, consulting, or engineering.
• Ability to translate data into customer-facing stories for executives.
• Experience partnering with GTM leaders to align on Grafana's value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to uncover growth and profitability opportunities.
• Develop ROI/TCO models to quantify value.
• Enable GTM teams through training and content development.
