Job summary

Civica is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and implement scalable software solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, review code, and collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products.

The role emphasizes performance, security and documentation, with a focus on modern technologies and iterative delivery. You will bring expertise in Go, React, and experience with C#, .NET and Angular, along with strong TDD and DevOps practices in a cloud

Qualifications

• Expert in Go and React; experience in C#, .NET and Angular is desirable.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks/methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerisation).
• Expert in database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication; Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities
