Remote Senior Social Media & Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time | Salary: $2,500 - 3,500 USD/month | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time (1-hr lunch break)

Job Overview: Our client celebrates moments that matter. Each piece features the moon from a meaningful date, birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and memories. Their customers buy jewelry for the emotion and meaning behind the date they choose, and they want that reflected consistently across their social channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
  • Create and oversee high-quality, emotionally driven content that elevates the brand
  • Serve as an on-camera presence for social content, storytelling, and live sessions
  • Develop creative strategies, hooks, scripts, and concepts that deepen engagement
  • Manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and global brand collaborators
  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar with strong creative direction
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Host or support Instagram and TikTok Lives
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics reports with insights
  • Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities to expand brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and media buyer on creative strategy
  • Maintain clear communication, organized workflows, and fast execution
Qualifications & Key Competencies:

Required:

  • 3–5+ years managing social media at a senior level for a consumer brand
  • Strong creative strategist with a portfolio of elevated, polished work
  • Must be comfortable and confident appearing on camera
  • Experience with storytelling, community engagement, and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of global audiences and platform-specific content
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to create and direct high-quality content across multiple formats
  • Strong knowledge of trends and engagement psychology
  • Experience managing influencer and creator relationships
  • Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
  • High ownership mentality and ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or gift-focused brands
  • Experience supporting brands with retail or wholesale distribution
  • Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
