The Role
  • Conduct and manage cases from instruction through to post-completion across residential property.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and introducers, providing proactive updates and guidance.
  • Handle a full caseload of varying value and complexity, ensuring high standards of service at every stage.
  • Respond to technical legal enquiries from clients and third parties with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the learning and development of the department by training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
You
  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancer with extensive residential property experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, with a proven track record in conveyancing processes.
  • Detail-driven, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, motivated, and a strong team player.
