Job summary

TEC Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Developer with strong Oracle Fusion ERP experience, focusing on HR modules to stabilise and enhance a live enterprise platform within Shared Application Services.

You will balance hands-on development with workload coordination, incident resolution and ongoing service improvement across a large-scale Oracle Fusion environment. Remote working with umbrella/payroll arrangements applies.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting and developing within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments, ideally in a senior or lead developer capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR-focused Oracle Fusion modules and related processes.
Experience coordinating workloads and incident management in live service environments.

Responsibilities

Contribute to stability, maintenance and enhancement of a live Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
Coordinate workloads and assign tasks based on skills, priorities and delivery timelines.
Prioritise development and support activities to address critical business needs in a timely manner.
Monitor progress against delivery plans and ensure alignment with objectives.
Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions.
Manage and resolve L2 and L3 incidents, liaising with internal teams and third-party partners.
