Qualifications

• 3+ years in fire engineering or surveying.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation.
• Experience with fire strategies and FRA reports.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Comfortable in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fire strategies for residential and commercial schemes.
• Undertake fire risk assessments (Type 1-4).
• Provide input on façade remediation and EWS1 work.
• Liaise with design teams and contractors.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation.
• Manage multiple projects independently.
• Support client meetings and technical discussions.
• Ensure delivery aligns with UK regulations.
• Maintain quality and programme standards.
• Contribute to team and service development.
