ControlPlane is a London-headquartered consultancy specialising in cloud-native, Kubernetes, and open-source security solutions. We help organisations adopt and secure complex cloud infrastructures using secure-by-design and secure-by-default approaches.

We are seeking cloud native consultants at all levels to represent our technical and cultural values, lead client work, contribute to internal labs, and support Open Source projects on ControlPlane's behalf.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes experience with GKE, EKS or OpenShift.
• Experience with one or more cloud providers and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with GitOps tooling such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Development experience with Golang, Python or Java.
• Understanding of CI/CD best practices and build tools.
• Cloud security awareness and a desire to build hardened systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform client consulting and internal labs work.
• Contribute to Open Source projects on ControlPlane's behalf.
• Support pre-sales or business development activities as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver secure cloud-native solutions.
