Job summary

MAC Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to cover the North West of England. The role is remote with travel to MAC sites across the UK and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Home-working is supported with a suitable setup.

You will monitor MS trials, lead site visits, and ensure regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality data and study outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health care or scientific discipline.
• 3+ years in a CRA role within pharma/CRO sectors.
• 2+ years monitoring MS trials and on-site work.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent CRA activities and site monitoring.
• Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Coordinate monitoring visits (SIV, IMV, COV) per scope.
• Document findings in CTMS and drive issue resolution.
• Mentor junior CRAs and contribute to process improvements.
