A leading Microsoft MSSP is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Lead to manage a high-performing team in Leeds. This remote-based role involves a blend of leadership and technical influence, requiring strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security ecosystem. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, guiding architectural direction, and supporting client engagements. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a SecDevOps environment and be eligible for SC Clearance. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within a security engineering or SecDevOps environment.
  • Strong technical grounding in the Microsoft Security ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a technical team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a mixed team of SecDevOps and Security Engineering professionals.
  • Acting as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Providing architectural guidance across the Microsoft security stack.
