Job summary

DXC Technology’s UK SAP Practice seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to drive transformation projects, support pre‑sales, and enable clients to realise value through modern SAP solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and deliver end‑to‑end SAP Finance implementations across FI/CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.

The role is remote within the UK with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP Finance consulting experience including end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience in FI, CO, AP, AR, GL and AA modules.
• Deep understanding of R2R and finance processes in global enterprises.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, analytics, and S/4 reporting tools.
• Exposure to MM, SD or project systems is beneficial.
• Comfortable in a matrix delivery team using agile and waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and delivery of large SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead workshops with senior finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure and test SAP S/4HANA finance components with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to solution design, functional specs, and business process mapping.
• Support pre‑sales activities including demos, RFP responses and estimations.
• Participate in cutover planning, data validation and hypercare post go‑live.
• Stay up to date with SAP Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Fiori).
• Mentor junior consultants and develop SAP Finance knowledge within the team.
