Remote Sales Development Representative – SaaS (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,200 – 1,800 USD/month + performance bonuses ($75 per SQL - target 10/mo)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business time Eastern Time

Job Overview

Our client is a nationwide security technology integrator delivering security cameras, access control, structured cabling, and AI-driven “vision intelligence” solutions for multi-site businesses across QSR, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail, and more. We’re looking for a true hustler SaaS SDR — someone who knows how to generate pipeline, move fast, and get results. This role owns outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and calling. You’ll help shape our client’s outbound engine, recommend tools, build workflows, test ideas, and consistently book high-quality meetings. If you thrive in a high-activity, performance-driven environment and love the chase, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research ideal buyers across multiple industries
  • Execute daily outbound via LinkedIn, email, and calling
  • Build targeted lists in Apollo
  • Recommend and set up outbound tools, workflows, and sequences
  • Personalize and improve outreach using AI
  • Maintain clean updates and tracking in HubSpot
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Required:

  • Excellent English
  • 3+ years of true SDR experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven ability to book meetings through multi-channel outreach
  • Hands‑on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, and HubSpot
  • High‑energy, competitive, proactive “hunter” mindset
  • Fast, resourceful, organized, and results‑driven
  • Comfortable using AI tools; able to work ET hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, security, IT services, or multi‑site industries
  • Familiarity with GojiBerry/HeyReach or Apollo Power Dialer
  • Strong research skills and creativity in sourcing leads
