Remote Sales Development Representative – SaaS (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,200 – 1,800 USD/month + performance bonuses ($75 per SQL - target 10/mo)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business time Eastern Time
Our client is a nationwide security technology integrator delivering security cameras, access control, structured cabling, and AI-driven “vision intelligence” solutions for multi-site businesses across QSR, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail, and more. We’re looking for a true hustler SaaS SDR — someone who knows how to generate pipeline, move fast, and get results. This role owns outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and calling. You’ll help shape our client’s outbound engine, recommend tools, build workflows, test ideas, and consistently book high-quality meetings.
