Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and calendar management for the Business Development team.
  • Respond to and route inbound sales inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM and other databases.
  • Log pipeline updates and track brand progress through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct research on potential brand partners, including business size and overall market awareness.
  • Summarize findings for use in outreach and pitch strategies.
  • Maintain and update internal sales assets including logos, decks, and pitch materials.
  • Assist with various sales-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Salary: $1,500 USD/month

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (PST, MST, or CST acceptable)

Job Overview

Our client is a collective of specialized sales and digital agencies helping consumer brands scale across major retailers and online channels. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the business development team and support their daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development Support
    • Assist in scheduling and calendar management for the Business Development team.
    • Respond to and route inbound sales inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • CRM Management
    • Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM and other databases.
    • Log pipeline updates and track brand progress through the sales funnel.
    • Ensure brand notes and contact details are current and accurate.
  • Brand Research
    • Conduct research on potential brand partners, including business size, retail presence, and overall market awareness.
    • Summarize findings for use in outreach and pitch strategies.
  • Asset & Documentation Management
    • Maintain and update internal sales assets including logos, decks, brand blurbs, and pitch materials.
    • Ensure all assets are organized, current, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Project Support
    • Assist with various sales-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, and Outlook is a plus.
