Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients interested in purchasing our vehicles
- Schedule appointments, follow up consistently, and qualify leads
- Manage records and support the sales pipeline
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop persuasive techniques and lead‑generation strategies
- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta Marketplace
- Monitor and report on Meta accounts performance
- Track and update appointment logs and generated leads
- Oversee first‑time payment tracking and pending/delayed pickups
- Monitor team expenses and maintain organized records
- Fill out and maintain the appointment control sheet
- Collaborate with teammates across the US and Venezuela to support company goals
- Assist with monthly payroll
Requirements
- B2 English level or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in car dealerships in the US
- Proven sales experience and leadership skills
- Expert using Meta Marketplace and other US-based sales platforms
- Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and active listening skills
- Excellent customer service and team motivation abilities
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Availability to work full‑time, including weekends
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup
- Availability to work from home
Compensation
- 400/month
- Commissions based on your sales and the team's sales
