Qualifications

• Qualified OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) with up-to-date accreditation.
• Demonstrable experience completing SAP assessments for new-build residential schemes.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and UK energy-efficiency standards.
• Proficiency with recognised SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and compliant SAP assessments and EPCs for new-build residential projects.
• Model energy performance using approved SAP software and ensure all calculations meet current Building Regulations.
• Advise design teams, developers, and contractors on energy-efficiency measures.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, record-keeping, and quality assurance across all assessments.
