You will manage your own residential conveyancing matters while benefiting from the firm’s brand, compliance framework, and support.

Qualifications

• A qualified and experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to handle conveyancing matters independently from instruction to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, and new build/shared ownership where applicable.
• Deliver clear, practical, and timely advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain excellent standards of client care and communication.
• Ensure matters progress efficiently in line with regulatory and firm requirements, including CQS and AML controls.
• Use Gardner Champion’s case management systems and administrative support effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals.
