You'll earn up to 75% of the fees you generate, backed by strong technology and senior leadership. Our structure enables you to shape your practice while maintaining professional compliance and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with residential property experience.
• Able to manage caseload from instruction to completion.
• Tech-savvy with interest in smarter, efficient workflows.
• Self-motivated and capable of growing own client base with backing.
• Seeking true flexibility with professional team support.

Responsibilities

• Conveyancing work for residential property on own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients and coordinate with referrers to grow practice within the firm’s model.
• Utilise Salesforce and firm tech to streamline processes and client communications.
