• Minimum 2 years' occupational experience in Residential Childcare.
• Experience delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships.
• Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).

Responsibilities

• Train, assess, motivate and support learners.
• Maximise the use of e-learning and various assessment methods.
• Develop and evaluate approved training materials.
