Job summary

Binance is seeking a Research Analyst to join a small, high-impact team building tokenized equity capital markets products. The role spans due diligence, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across the product lifecycle in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ECM experience, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders. A self-starter with attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in equity capital markets (ECM) or investment banking at a bank, advisory firm, or similar institution.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work under ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgment.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or interest in on-chain equity markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties; present findings clearly for decision-makers.
• Build and review commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, deal economics, and profitability.
• Perform competitor and market research across the capital markets landscape to inform strategy and positioning.
• Prepare internal memos, decision documents, and management presentations translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Track developments in equity capital markets, including follow-ons and offerings, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support transaction and product lifecycle, taking ownership of workstreams from research through execution.
