• Understand client objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and gap analyses.
• Advise on property and lease management best practices.
• Configure software to align with business processes and requirements.
• Support all project phases: configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live.
• Develop client-facing documentation and training materials.
• Deliver remote and in-person training sessions.
• Manage project activities, risks, and timelines with project teams.
