Job Title: Remote Real Estate Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 - 2,400 USD/month (depending on familiarity with the real estate industry) + performance-based bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST Eastern Time (1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify decision‑makers and qualify potential clients in the real estate sector
  • Set appointments and book meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in our CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads and re‑engage previous contacts
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to calls, emails, and booked meetings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a U.S. market
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
