Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and high-quality engineering solutions across rail projects.
• Coordinate work with contractors and Network Rail.
• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of fire systems.

Skills

Experience applying key codes and standards such as BS 9992 and BS 9999

Professional membership or accreditation through bodies such as CIBSE or IET

Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE)

Education

Degree in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline

Chartered Fire Engineer (CEng) status via the Institution of Fire Engineers
