Remote Qualification Appointment Specialist – Outbound Sales (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,200 USD/month + monthly bonuses based on performance, quality, and conversion metrics. Bi-monthly payments via international bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer. Payments are processed on the 15th and the last day of each month.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

Our client is a U.S.-based financial technology company that provides innovative payment processing and business optimization solutions to small and medium-sized merchants. They work in direct collaboration, helping business owners upgrade their payment systems, eliminate unnecessary fees, and transition into more efficient, transparent processing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm pre-scheduled appointments with business owners across the U.S.
  • Validate merchant eligibility for a Tier Optimization Audit based on processing volume, ownership status, and fee structure.
  • Confirm and document appointment details such as business name, address, contact person, and preferred time slot.
  • Ensure every appointment meets company standards and is properly qualified before dispatching to field reps.
  • Update and maintain accurate appointment notes in the CRM (Notion-based) and report inconsistencies to management.
  • Conduct follow-up confirmation calls or SMS reminders 24 hours before scheduled meetings.
  • Identify disqualified appointments, document reasons for rejection, and provide feedback to improve lead quality.
  • Support the CC Manager in weekly reviews to monitor appointment accuracy and overall performance metrics.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Required
  • Prior experience in appointment confirmation, call quality assurance, or B2B outbound verification.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional tone when speaking with U.S. business owners.
  • Stable, direct-line internet connection (required for Convoso platform).
  • Professional headset and quiet work environment.
  • Organizational discipline and strong follow-up skills.
Nice to Have
  • Background in merchant services, fintech, or business development.
  • Familiarity with payment processing and Tier Optimization programs.
  • Experience using Convoso, CallTools, or similar dialer systems.
