Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Head of Governance & Assurance to lead the strategy, governance and continual improvement of our management systems across a multi-site organisation. You will drive assurance, risk management and operational excellence while leading a team of QHSE professionals.

This remote UK role (40 hours p/w) requires strong ISO knowledge, a Lead Auditor qualification and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders to embed best practice across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, implementing and improving Integrated Management Systems in multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with lead auditor qualification.
• Proven experience leading audits, assurance activities and continual improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and continual improvement of IMS and EnMS.
• Ensure ISO compliance and embed best practice across the organisation.
• Oversee risk management, audits, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Partner with leaders to implement scalable management system solutions.
