Job summary

Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder for a remote freelance role. Earn up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours, with flexible scheduling.

We train AI agents through human feedback and collaborate with leading AI groups to design multi-step, proactive systems. Contribute by writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience with Supabase, Gmail, various APIs, and persistent state tracking.
