Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Band 5) to join a remote-capable team in Central Cornwall. The post involves delivering Low Intensity Psychological Interventions within stepped care, with CPD, supervision and flexible working arrangements to suit service needs.

Applicants must have completed PWP training, be registered, and have experience in primary care settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in IAPT Low Intensity Psychological Therapies Practice (PWP Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner)
• Evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem
• Experience of working in Primary Care Services

Responsibilities

• Promote and assess patients and provide evidence-based interventions to support lasting changes in mental health
• Complete clinical contacts via telephone, video, group CBT and other modalities as required
• Ensure equality of opportunity and work with diverse client groups and interpreters when needed
