Job summary

M3USA is seeking a Project Director for Qualitative Research based in London. The role oversees international market research projects, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance, with strong emphasis on healthcare expertise and fieldwork management.

The position requires training and mentoring of junior staff, ensuring ISO accreditation compliance and process improvements across projects. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage international market research projects through full lifecycle with focus on client satisfaction and budgets.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, scope, timelines and responsibilities.
• Fieldwork management including participant recruitment and sample optimization.
• Mentor junior project managers and support ISO accreditation compliance.
