Job summary

A leading international non-profit organization is seeking a Project Director to lead a project on forest governance in various countries. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in media, environment or forest governance.
• At least 2 years in senior management roles.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction and technical leadership.
• Plan and establish operational objectives.
• Create regular program updates for EJN's monthly newsletter.
• Oversee all administrative and operational aspects.

Skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong interpersonal, leadership and diplomatic skills

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to collaborate and problem-solve

Education

University degree or equivalent experience
