Job Title: Remote Project Coordinator, Site Development (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary:$1,500 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
Job Overview:
Our client is a civil construction services company founded in 2007. Originating during the Great Recession, the company initially focused on erosion control services. Over the years, our client has expanded its offerings to include site services, green infrastructure, utility installation, hydro excavation, and stormwater facility maintenance. In March 2024, the company moved to a new headquarters and added turnkey site development to its services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and site development teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and organize all project documentation, including contracts, permits, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date project trackers, schedules, and status reports; ensure information is accurate and distributed as needed.
- Coordinate the submission, tracking, and follow-up of permit applications with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate information flow.
- Assist with procurement activities, including requesting quotes, preparing purchase requisitions, and tracking material orders.
- Monitor compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the construction industry, preferably in civil construction (e.g., heavy highway, site development, erosion & sediment control, concrete).
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Must be a strong multi tasker
- Will consider someone who comes with landscaping, dirt operations, highway, homebuilder experience
