Inspired Selection is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale education publishing programmes in a flexible UK-wide remote role. You will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high editorial standards, while managing client relationships and a small team of Project Managers.

• Strong editorial project or programme management experience, ideally within educational publishing.
• Confident managing multiple complex projects and line managing a small team.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and client relations.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing large programmes comprising multiple education publishing projects.
• Building strong client relationships and leading programme and operational meetings.
• Managing programme pipelines and coordinating with clients on upcoming requirements.
• Leading and supporting project teams internally and externally.
• Line managing Project Managers and supporting their development.
• Standardising and improving project workflows and processes.
• Identifying programme risks, resource needs and potential issues early.
• Monitoring budgets, margins, supplier spend and KPI performance.
• Supporting pricing, RFPs and contracts across projects within the programme.
• Deputising for the Portfolio Manager when appropriate.
