Nourish Care in Bournemouth is seeking a Product Designer to advocate for end users through Lean UX methods, collaborating with Product and Engineering. You will own clearly scoped features from research to delivery with mentorship from senior designers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in UX/Product Design, strong Figma skills, and a good grasp of accessibility and iterative design within an Agile environment. This is a hybrid role, offering growth and engagement in the UK care sector.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UX or Product Design experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Figma with multi-discipline experience (IA, interaction, research, or UI).
• Strong user-centred design and WCAG accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• User Research: conduct research with guidance; convert insights into actions.
• Design and Prototyping: create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• User Testing: plan/run usability tests; iterate based on feedback.
• Collaboration: work with Product Managers and Lead Engineers on feasibility.
• Design System: apply design system and flag gaps to the team.
• Documentation: write design decisions and handoff specifications.
