Job summary

LGT Capital Partners is seeking ambitious analysts for a two-year Analyst Program based in London or near Zurich. You will rotate through private credit investments, direct co-investments, and fund investments, gaining hands-on experience under senior investment professionals.

A tailored three-week training module will accelerate your development. Starting 1 July 2027, successful candidates join a globally active team and may advance to an Associate role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Internship in private credit or related fields preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business analysis.
• Interest in private credit, credit risk, and capital structures.
• Excellent written and spoken English; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution, and monitoring of private credit co-investments, secondaries, and fund investments.
• Engage with private credit managers, intermediaries, and market participants; conduct sector analysis and research.
• Perform credit analysis and financial modelling; support underwriting and execution.
• Prepare analyses and documentation for investment committee discussions and client presentations.
• Monitor and analyze existing private credit investments and market trends; maintain internal databases.
