Job summary

You will handle householder and minor applications, work both independently and in a team to maintain high service levels for the local authority, and must have a full driving licence with access to a car. Availability at short notice is preferred.

• Recent experience of working in a local authority development management service.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience working on householder and minor applications.
• Available at short notice and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate to currently.
• Be available at short notice.
• On offer is an hourly rate of up to £40p/h depending on experience.
• You will also need to have experience working on householder and minor applications.
