Mercor seeks a Healthcare Survey Research & Pharma Insights Expert to design and refine physician and patient survey instruments for pharma and healthcare research. This remote contract role emphasizes independent, asynchronous work and rigorous survey methodology.

You will translate objectives into robust questionnaires, collaborate with therapeutic-area specialists on oncology, gastroenterology, neurology, and pulmonology topics, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare/pharma research experience.
• Experience developing or fielding surveys with physicians, patients, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong questionnaire design and survey methodology.
• Understanding physician research considerations and clinical terminology.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics, Decipher/Forsta, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey.

Responsabilités

• Design, review, and refine physician and patient survey instruments for pharma and healthcare research.
• Translate research objectives into clear, methodologically sound questionnaires.
• Evaluate screeners, eligibility criteria, question wording, response scales, survey flow, branching/skip logic, and instrument structure.
• Collaborate with therapeutic-area specialists to ensure clinical accuracy and appropriate framing of questions.
• Provide clear written explanations and actionable recommendations for survey improvements.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure high-quality outputs.
