• UK driving license holder.
• Knowledge of T-Quest.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients for review and support appointment booking.
• Coordinate care across the wider team for improved patient access.
• Run clinical system searches for patient eligibility.
• Organize and request blood tests and avoid duplication of appointments.
