Job summary

Brand Hackers is a remote-first growth agency seeking a Paid Media Executive to lead paid media efforts for DTC brands. You will build, optimize, and report on campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, working closely with founders and client teams.

You should be genuinely into D2C branding, understand current platform mechanics, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where you deliver high-velocity execution with strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience with paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Genuine interest in D2C brands and startup marketing.
• Strong understanding of how Google and Meta platforms work today.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus for hands-on experience in both Google and Meta, though one channel suffices.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch paid campaigns for DTC brands across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Own end-to-end campaign management: setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting.
• Collaborate with founders or in-house marketing teams, often as the primary marketer.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution; deliver tangible results.
• Maintain pace while keeping an eye on the bigger business impact.
