Job summary

Ve3 in the United Kingdom is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (UK Citizen) to join our remote/Hybrid team. You will own and improve live Fusion ERP financials, including GL, AP and AR, with a focus on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.

You will design configuration changes, coordinate with finance leads, and ensure secure access and compliant reporting. The role requires 5+ years of experience and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Fusion ERP functional area (GL, AP, AR) and finance processes.
• Experience supporting a live Oracle Cloud service with real users.
• Strong understanding of period close, reconciliations, supplier payments, and audit trails.
• Ability to gather requirements and write clear specifications.
• Familiarity with Fusion security concepts: roles, data access, segregation of duties.
• Familiarity with OTBI or BI Publisher for finance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP incidents and service requests through to fix, with month/quarter/year end peaks.
• Assess quarterly Oracle releases for financials and procurement; determine what to enable and test.
• Design and build ERP configuration changes, from small fixes to larger sprint-based work.
• Monitor supply chain modules and ensure stable operation.
• Collaborate with finance product owners to produce clear requirements and impact assessments.
• Understand security roles and work with access specialists on changes.
• Create test evidence (regression tests in Tosca) and document changes.
• Hand changes over with documentation and knowledge articles.
