Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend/AI automation or complex systems integration, with experience building live, production-grade software and providing precise feedback on complex system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
