Outlier is seeking contributors to help shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD per hour and weekly payments, with applicants from the United Kingdom and around the world welcome to apply.

As part of our team, you will collaborate on training, coordinating, and optimizing multi-step agent workflows, designing evaluation rubrics, and debugging agent traces to ensure robust live deployments.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing and reporting.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on system behavior.

Responsabilidades
