Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces to identify failures and improve reliability.
• Stress test agents under varying workloads and scenarios.
