Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior Operational Strategy Manager – Oncology to lead data-driven strategies that win new clinical trial business. The role works with Business Development, Finance and cross-functional teams to translate sponsor requirements into executable study plans and compelling proposals.

Based in EU remote, the role supports the Oncology portfolio across diverse indications, driving feasibility, budgeting, risks, and handover to delivery teams while maintaining a focus on growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in clinical research operations, operational strategy, feasibility, proposal development, or related functions.
• Proven ability to independently develop operational strategies and proposal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational strategies for new business opportunities based on protocol requirements and sponsor objectives.
• Translate feasibility findings and operational data into executable study delivery recommendations.
• Create compelling operational proposal content communicating plans, assumptions, risk mitigation strategies, and unique differentiators.
• Develop and present materials for sponsor interactions and bid defense meetings.
• Identify operational risks and provide strategic mitigation and alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between proposals and study execution.
