Proclinical is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical leadership across oncology development programmes and support progression of new treatments for patients. This remote US role involves guiding study strategy, trial delivery, regulatory activities, and engagement with external experts.

You will oversee interventional trials, ensure high-quality protocols, and contribute to regulatory documents while collaborating with global teams.

Competenze

• Medical qualification (MD/MBBS or equivalent) with cancer care or related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical research environment, standards and regulations.
• Experience planning, managing, or overseeing interventional clinical research programmes.
• Ability to assess, interpret and communicate complex clinical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory pathways from development to commercialisation.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with healthcare professionals and researchers.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
• Awareness of current healthcare challenges and unmet patient needs in oncology.
• Licensure eligibility would be advantageous.
• Publications or academic engagement beneficial.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute Phase 1-3 interventional trials with multidisciplinary teams.
• Create high-quality protocols aligned with development plans to assess efficacy and safety.
• Interpret and summarize study results for regulatory approvals and lifecycle management.
• Provide medical oversight for trials, including safety monitoring and eligibility reviews.
• Conduct medical reviews of trial data and oversee IDMC blinded reviews.
• Monitor safety data with pharmacovigilance teams for active studies.
• Contribute to clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and responses to health authorities.

• Build strategic partnerships with thought leaders to support goals.
