Qualifications

• Previous experience in health & social care, ideally in a supervisory or senior care role.
• Understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and make safe decisions.
• Comfortable using phone, email, and care management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for staff and clients during on-call hours.
• Provide clear and professional advice to Care Professionals.
• Manage last-minute rota changes to ensure continuity of care.
• Record and report all on-call activity accurately.
• Handle urgent issues by escalating to the Registered Manager.
